Agile3D
Modern slavery policy
Our commitment to preventing slavery, forced labour and human trafficking in our business and supply chain.
Our commitment
Agile 3D Ltd, trading as Agile3D, is committed to acting ethically and respecting human rights. We do not tolerate modern slavery, human trafficking, forced or compulsory labour, or child labour in our business or supply chain.
This policy sets out our expectations for people working for or on behalf of Agile3D and for the suppliers and contractors we work with. It is a policy of ongoing commitments, rather than an annual report of completed activities.
Employment and working practices
We are committed to lawful and fair employment practices. Work must be freely chosen, and people must be free to leave employment subject to lawful contractual notice requirements.
We do not withhold identity documents, use threats or coercion, or require workers to pay recruitment fees to secure work with us. We expect people to receive the pay and working conditions to which they are legally entitled.
Suppliers and contractors
We expect suppliers and contractors to comply with applicable laws and to uphold these principles in their own operations and supply chains.
When selecting suppliers or reviewing a concern, we consider relevant factors such as the location of operations, labour arrangements, the type of goods or services supplied and information available about the supplier.
Where appropriate, we ask questions or seek further information about employment practices and the management of modern slavery risks.
Raising and responding to concerns
Anyone who suspects modern slavery connected with our business or suppliers should report their concern to info@agile3d.co.uk. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services.
We take concerns seriously, handle them sensitively and limit disclosure where reasonably possible. Anyone raising a concern honestly and in good faith should be able to do so without retaliation.
We will assess reported concerns and take appropriate action. This may include requesting information, requiring corrective action, suspending or ending a business relationship, or reporting the matter to the relevant authorities. In deciding what to do, we will consider the safety and welfare of affected people.
Responsibility and review
The directors are responsible for this policy and for promoting awareness of its requirements. Everyone working for or on behalf of Agile3D is expected to act consistently with it.
We will review this policy annually and when material changes in our business, supply chain or relevant requirements make a review necessary.
